Yoga with Shri Yoga: Team B (Grades 3-6)

An event every week that begins at 11:15 am on Tuesday, repeating until August 25, 2020
This yoga class is 30 minute long and consists of four components: introductions and intentions, followed by physical practice, group mindfulness and a community building activity. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that fosters cooperation and compassion. Shri is an acronym for Support, Honor, Respect and Inspire, and these core values are a part of every class. Class through ZOOM platform.
